Our Phone Lines have been updated

We have updated our phone lines to facilitate those who wish to leave a message for a callback to avoid being on hold. We appreciate it can be frustrating waiting for your call to be answered. You can now dial1 to leave a message for prescriptions, dial 2 to leave a message for administration queries and dial 3 to speak to reception to book an appointment.

Thankyou for your patience.

Appointments

During this busy time appointments are in high demand. You can beat the phone queue by emailing us at appointments@clannadmedicalcentre.ie or complete the form on the appointments section of our website to ensure a hassle free way of securing an appointment.

Appointments can be made also with our Nurse or Midwife for immunisations, antenatal checks, BP Monitors and many other services offered by Drs.

Repeat Prescriptions

The charges for repeat private prescriptions are €20 for 6 monthly repeat prescriptions, €10 for 3 monthly and €3.33 for monthly prescriptions. You can pay for your prescription at reception.

The prescription request form can be collected from reception or the form can be completed online from our website. **You must list each medication you need**

Please allow 3 working days before collection. It is your responsibility to ensure your prescriptions are renewed when the last script is collected from your pharmacy. Ordering in good time will reduce the risk of you running out of your medication.
