Consultations are by appointment only and prepayment is requested by SMS payment link.

Please Note: We receive this form via email. This is not a secure communication channel for transmitting personal data and email is used at the senders risk. Emails are only monitored between 8.30am to 5.00pm and will not be responded to upon receipt.

Cancellations

Please be advised due to the high volume we are experiencing at the moment, we ask that patients cancel 24 horus before the scheduled appointment. If you do not notify our team within this time frame there will be a €25 fee.
